Our product presentation:
4G / VoLTE elevator emergency call system PICO
Our new PICO elevator emergency call system is an "all-in-one" emergency call device in intercom size. The PICO complies with the EN81-28 standard and has the mobile radio part integrated in a single unit with an extremely compact design. It is perfectly adapted for use in stairlifts, but can also be used wherever mobile radio reception is available directly at the intercom station, e.g. in outdoor lifts or cable cars. Despite its small dimensions, the fully digital PICO has integrated 4G / VoLTE. The PICO elevator emergency call system has connection options for external emergency contacts, intercom stations, misuse suppression and Android cell phones with the Leitronic EasyConfig app for reception optimization.
Especially for stairlifts and outdoor lifts | Ideal for mountain cableways

NEW PRODUCT 2024
NEW PRODUCT 2024
The new DUAL is fully compatible with Leitronic gateways and our 4G NANO elevator emergency call system and offers a wide range of additional functions.
With the EA-LTE-DUAL, we offer you a 2-in-1 system that gives you the freedom to choose which mode you want to use the device in.
The Leitronic DUAL offers you the option of using the device both as a NANO system and as a gateway for EasyAlarm, Exicall or other analog telephones.
There is no need to differentiate between a NANO and a gateway.
The special highlight:
The 4G upgrade boards fit both the previous System Nano and gateway devices. You only need one version, are flexible in use and it simplifies your warehousing.
Additional new functions:
Digital location announcement
The recording for the location of the device is now stored digitally. This leads to a significant improvement in recording quality.
Read out alarm numbers
The programmed alarm numbers can now be read out. The reply SMS contains the alarm numbers stored in the device.
Remote software update
The circuit boards labeled L470 or L462 can be updated to the latest software version by Leitronic during operation. Contact us if you require this function.
Running with old intercom stations (before 2018)
If an old intercom station is still installed without alternate flashing, this device automatically recognizes this. If you want to check whether the intercom station complies with the 2018 standard, this can be queried.
Multi-PIN
The Leitronic SIM cards are supplied with two different PINs depending on the type. So that you can adjust the pin of the SIM and the device to your desired pin, the DUAL version applies both pins when changing and can therefore configure both SIM card types.
Telephoning with NANO
You can now connect a telephone or EasyAlarm to the module in NANO mode instead of the intercom station and make calls. Lift the handset, wait for the dial tone and dial the number. Always enter the country code 0041.
Successful appearance of Leitronic AG
at the interlift 2023
Visitors to our booth were able to find out about our new products and current 4G-based devices.
Our new, fully digital, and compact “PICO” emergency call device in intercom size and our “Lift Tracer” with modem emulation for bringing old control systems online also attracted a great deal of interest.
The presentation of our significantly more compact EA-DUAL 5G in the DIN version was also followed with interest. The device will be available in 2026 and offers the advantage of being able to be used both as a gateway and directly as the NANO elevator emergency call system.
Through lively exchanges with our development team, many feature requests were implemented and demonstrated. During the trade fair, we responded to customer requests by quickly integrating a new function into our online portal for elevator designations – text-to-speech. Our developers began implementation right there on site. The feature is already in test operation!
We would like to thank everyone for their numerous visits and the stimulating and interesting discussions.
