- A bedridden person can accept an incoming call by pressing the radio emergency call button or end the call by pressing the button again. The hands-free volume can be individually adjusted to the environment.
- The caregiver can make a control call at any time and talk to the monitored person if necessary (remote dial-in using PIN code).
- Set incl. motion detector for presence monitoring: If no movement is registered during 24 hours, EasyAlarm® dials the pre-programmed telephone numbers.

In an emergency, help can be requested by pressing the radio emergency call button. Up to nine phone numbers can be programmed, which are dialed one after the other until a subscriber acknowledges the alarm.

The person called or a caregiver not only receives an alarm message, but also hears what is going on in the monitored room and can speak to the person seeking help via the built-in loudspeaker. In this way, the situation can be optimally assessed and responded to accordingly.
